Its objective is to provide one million jobs to people in underdeveloped countries, by connecting them with industries in developed nations and providing opportunities for web-based work. It has a global presence with offices in five countries including Nepal, Kenya, US, Hongkong and UK.

Cloudfactory has grown its revenue sevenfold since receiving investment from Dolma. In 2019, the company raised a series C investment round of USD 60 million, facilitating a partial exit for Dolma.
